If you are located outside of North America and would like for us to ship an order using regular post, please Contact Us and we can provide you a shipping quote. Note that customs and duties on shipments outside of North America will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that currently all orders are shipped out of our Vancouver area warehouse, however we are in the process of setting up a US warehouse to serve our friends south of the border with more efficiency.
Once shipped, orders are generally received within 10 business days, depending on whether you are in Canada or the USA. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or during Holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, STR/KE MVMNT cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Canadian orders will be returned to an address within Canada, while US orders will need to be returned directly to our LA warehouse.
All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags, bags / shoe boxes. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of STR/KE MVMNT.
STR/KE MVMNT product that is purchased online can be exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date.
STR/KE MVMNT product that is purchased online can be refunded within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs.
Company Policy: the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of STR/KE MVMNT product. All returned items must include the original packing slip as well as the RA (Return Authorization) number clearly printed on the Returns Form.
Upon receiving your returned/exchanged STR/KE MVMNT merchandise at our warehouse, a refund in the amount of the purchase will be issued to you within 7 - 10 business days.

STR/KE MVMNT offers a limited three-month warranty that guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
We will replace any products found to be defective within the range of common and everyday use. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents and/or wear and tear. Our only responsibility shall be limited to the refund or replacement of the defective product.
The limited 3-month warranty only applies to products that have been purchased from authorized STR/KE MVMNT retailers or our web store.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product.
When you file a warranty claim, please submit high quality photos and a clear description of the defect.
All warranty products must receive an RA (Return Authorization) number prior to receiving a credit for replacement.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing of warranty claims may take up to two weeks once received by our warehouse. Please allow for extra time if this falls within the Holiday season.
